Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Since our food is made fresh to order and available for pickup only, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been prepared.

 
2. Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy 
 
While all sales are generally final, refunds or store credits may be issued under the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Order Errors: If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order (e.g., missing item, incorrect item).

• Unavailable Items: If you place an order, we will be unable to fulfill one or more items due to availability issues.

• Order Not Ready Within Reasonable Timeframe: If your order is not available for pickup within a reasonable amount of time beyond your scheduled pickup window.

To request a refund in any of these situations, please contact us immediately via jcsmokenbbq@yahoo.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue.
 
3. Timeframe for Refund Requests
 

• All refund or credit requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

• Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.

4. Type of Refunds Issued

 

• Refunds will typically be processed using the original payment method.

• We may offer store credit instead of a cash refund in certain cases.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Customer's failure to pick up an order.

• Change of mind after order confirmation.

• Late pickup beyond our operating hours resulted in discarded food.

• Incorrect orders submitted by the customer.
